Abstract: Objective to investigate the load of CEA-rV dendritic cells and CIK cells after co-culture in nude mice in vivo specific anti-tumor effect. Methods Balb/c nude mice were inoculated with Lovo colon cancer cells subcutaneously on the nape of the neck, and treated with different effector cells (CIK, DC + CIK, CEA-rV + DC + CIK) for 6 days from the next day to observe the inhibitory effect on the growth of colon cancer. Results In vivo experiments in nude mice showed that CEA-rV + DC + CIK could significantly inhibit the growth of CEA-positive Lovo colon cancer cells, and its tumor inhibition rate could reach 51.2, which was higher than 25.1 in CIK group and 28.5 in DC + CIK group. Conclusion CEA-rV-loaded DC co-cultured with CIK cells has a specific anti-tumor effect on CEA-positive Lovo colon cancer in nude mice.
