Abstract: Objective To understand the immune status of patients with six types of tumors, and to explore the correlation between the absolute values of T cell subsets, NK cells and B cells and tumors. Methods The absolute values of peripheral blood lymphocytes (T, Th, Ts, NK, B cells) were detected by flow cytometry in 204 patients with cancer, including 71 cases of lung cancer, 39 cases of liver cancer, 28 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, 29 cases of colon cancer, 22 cases of breast cancer and 15 cases of esophageal cancer, and compared with 38 normal controls. Results Compared with the normal control group, the absolute values of T cells, Th cells, Ts cells and NK cells in peripheral blood of tumor patients were decreased (P<0.05), and the absolute values of B cells were not significantly different (P>0.05). There was no significant difference between different tumors (P>0.05). Conclusion The cellular immune function of tumor patients is generally low, and the absolute values of T cell subsets, NK cells and B cells can be used as monitoring indicators of immune function in tumor patients.
