Abstract: Objective: To study the therapeutic effect of nerve growth factor (NGF) on epilepsy in children. Methods: NGF2ml(1000u) was injected intramuscularly once a day or three days, 14 days to 6 months as a course of treatment. Results: The total effective rate was 58.8% in 80 cases, of which 45 cases of ineffective regular antiepileptic drugs were controlled by adding NCF to 39 cases, the effective rate was 86.6%, and the effective rate was 97.1% in 35 cases of NGF alone. Conclusion: NGF has a good therapeutic effect on children with epilepsy.
