Enhancing effect of Anjifu injection on experimental immunosuppression in mice

Abstract: Objective: To study the effect of Anjifu injection on experimental immunosuppression in mice. Methods: The animal model of immunocompromised caused by cyclophosphamide (Cy80mg-kg-1SC) was used to determine the relevant immune indicators by carbon particle clearance, one-way immunodiffusion, dinitrofluorobenzene-induced delayed-type hypersensitivity, 3H-TdR participation and indirect immunofluorescence. Results: Anji Fu Injection (0.01, 0.1mg kg-1 d-1 × 10d,im) can significantly increase the reduced K value, α value, serum IgG, ear swelling degree and ConA-induced T lymphocyte proliferation response value in mice. At the same time, it can increase the decreased L3T4 + cells in peripheral blood of mice, thus increasing the decreased L3T4 +/Lyt-2 + cell ratio. Conclusion: Anjifu injection has a significant enhancement effect on experimental immunosuppression in mice.
