Effects of Anjifu Oral Liquid on Anti-anoxia, Low Temperature and Anti-fatigue

Abstract: The methods of hypoxia, cold and weight-bearing swimming were used to observe Anji Fu oral liquid (0.025, 0.1 and 0.4mg · kg^-1, ig,qd× 14d) on hypoxia tolerance, low temperature resistance and anti-fatigue effect of mice. The results showed that Anji Fu oral liquid 0.1, 0.4mg · kg^-1It can prolong the survival time of KCN poisoning mice and prolong the survival time of mice in cold environment, while 0.4mg · kg^-1It can prolong the survival time of mice under normal pressure hypoxia and prolong the weight-bearing swimming time of mice.
