Abstract: Clinical data of 38 patients with MID, according to the principle of random divided into NGF group and control group, some cases of which first by the regular method of treatment effect is not good, then add with NGF treatment. In the NGF group, there were 21 cases, 17 males and 4 females, with an average age of 63.5 years, ranging from 52 to 73 years. The course of disease ranged from 2.5 months to 3 years, with an average duration of 5 months. There were 17 cases in the control group, 14 males and 3 females, aged 54-74 years with an average of 65.5 years. The course of disease ranged from 3 months to 2.5 years with an average of 6 months. Diagnostic criteria for the history of stroke, brain CT or MRI showed more than two infarct lesions, Hasegawa dementia scale measurement, the full score is 32.5 points, less than 21.5 is divided into dementia, this group of patients are in line with the above criteria.
