Abstract: Seventeen patients with liver cirrhosis were treated with fetal hepatocyte suspension as adjuvant therapy in addition to regular therapy. One month later, abdominal distension, anorexia, ascites, splenomegaly, coagulation dysfunction and serum protein were significantly improved compared with the control group. The authors believe that fetal hepatocyte suspension infusion has a good effect on liver cirrhosis without side effects.
