Preparation of human fetal thymosin and analysis of its biochemical properties and biological activity

Abstract: This paper reports the 4~9 months old normal fetal thymus tissue preparation of thymosin biochemical analysis and biological activity determination, the results show that: with this method of preparation of human fetal thymosin has a simple preparation method, protein molecular weight is small, high biological activity, good stability and safe use and so on. The experimental results also suggest that the fetal thymus develops rapidly, and the biological activity of thymosin increases with the increase of gestational age.
