Abstract: According to the mechanism of thymocytes regulating immune function, the use of fetal thymocytes to treat aplastic anemia, tumors and other diseases, long-term clinical application without side effects, there have been many reports at home and abroad. Since May 1987, we have selectively treated 30 cases of certain eye diseases with fetal thymocyte suspension (TCS), and achieved good results. The report is as follows: Materials and Methods 1. Preparation of fetal thymocyte suspension: The fetus without malformation was induced by water sac for 3.5~7 months, thymus was dissected under aseptic conditions, and single cell solution was regular prepared, adjust the concentration to 1 × 10~6/ml, and store it in refrigerator at 4 ℃ for later use. The storage time is not more than 36 hours, and the cell activity is 70% when injected.
