Exploration of cancer antigen (CA125) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA) in clinical diagnosis of ovarian tumors

Abstract: serum was detected by radioimmunoassay using AC125 monoclonal antibody from CENTOCOR company and CEA kit from Shanghai chemical reagent institute. the CA125 positive rate of ovarian malignant tumor was 60%(12/20) and CEA positive rate was 25%(5/20). The CA125 positive rate of ovarian benign tumor was 6%(1/16) and CEA positive rate was 19%(3/16);
