Abstract: In this experiment, the infiltration ability of malignant human esophageal cancer cells (Eca-109) and the hybrid cells (109 × CHO) of the cells and normal Chinese hamster ovary cells (CHO) were studied by the method of co culture of myocardium and cells in vitro. The experiments showed that Eca-109 cells had the ability to infiltrate chicken embryo myocardium in vitro and had the behavior of destroying normal tissues; the hybrid cells of Eca-109 and CHO not only reduced their own infiltration ability, but also inhibited the infiltration ability of their malignant parent cell Eca-109; while the fusion cells of normal CHO cells did not affect the infiltration ability of malignant Eca-109 cells.
