Abstract:Ezrin (Ezrin) is a membrane cytoskeleton connecting protein between the cell membrane and the cytoskeleton (Ezrin-Radixin-Moesin, Ezrin-Moesin) one of the members of the family, mainly distributed in the cell membrane after expression. Studies have found that it plays an important role in cell movement, adhesion, signal transduction, cell necrosis and so on, and its role in tumor occurrence, development, especially in invasion and metastasis has been paid more and more attention.
