Abstract:Objective: To investigate the reverse effect of IFN-γ on CIK killing sensitivity of human lung cancer A549 cells after immunoediting. Methods: RT-PCR and MTT were used to detect the effect of IFN-γ on the expression of MICA on the surface of A549 cells after immune editing and the change of the sensitivity of A549 cells to CIK killing. Results: After immunoediting, the expression of MICA on the surface of A549 cells was low, and the killing sensitivity of CIK cells was low. IFN-γ can significantly up-regulate the expression rate of MICA mRNA in A549 cells after editing, and improve the cytotoxic activity of CIK on A549 cells after editing. Conclusion: IFN-γ can enhance the expression of MICA mRNA on the surface of A549 cells and reverse the killing sensitivity of A549 cells to CIK cells after immunoediting.
