Abstract:Objective Cerebral palsy (Cerebral palsy) is referred to as cerebral palsy, and the medical rehabilitation of cerebral palsy is an unsolved problem. There are many advanced rehabilitation training (Rehabilitation-training) methods in the world, but most children with cerebral palsy are difficult to cure or take care of themselves completely after long-term rehabilitation training. In order to explore the brain imaging changes of acupuncture in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy, we used the method of Tongdu Xingshen acupuncture to treat 50 children with cerebral palsy, and conducted a randomized controlled study. To explore the compensatory role of brain function in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy. Methods 2~7 years old children with cerebral palsy 100 cases were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases), treatment group 50 cases, male 32 cases, female 18 cases, 2~3 years old 26 cases, 3+24 cases were ~ 7 years old, 36 cases were accompanied by mental retardation. Cranial CT examination showed brain atrophy and dysplasia of the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain in 39 cases. In the control group, 40 cases were male, 10 cases were female, 22 cases were 2~3 years old, 3 cases were+~ 7 years old 28 cases. 39 cases with mental retardation. Brain atrophy and hypoplastic lesions in the frontal and temporal lobes of the brain were found in 43 cases by head CT. The treatment group used the Tongdu Xingshen acupuncture method, and the Tongdu Bushen group selected acupoints: 13 needles at the Governor's vein point with Yongquan, Yanglingquan, Zusanli, and Sanyinjiao. And Xingshen scalp needle (Shenting through 100 meetings, 100 meetings through Naohu and Sishencong). Acupuncture 2 times a week, 10 times each acupuncture, rest day 15 days, acupuncture 30 times a course of treatment. Cooperate with rehabilitation training. the control group...More
