Abstract: Objective To explore the compensatory effect of acupuncture and moxibustion on brain function in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy. Methods 100 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into a treatment group (50 cases) and a control group (50 cases), and the treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture (motor area, foot movement area, balance area), body acupuncture (points to take the arm, wind pool, ring jump, Yanglingquan, etc.) and nerve growth factor injection at Zusanli acupoint. Cooperate with rehabilitation training. The control group only with rehabilitation training. The clinical efficacy of the two groups and the recovery of head CT and SPECT lesions were observed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (52%). After treatment, the developmental quotient (DQ) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Head CT brain dysplasia. The improvement rate of brain atrophy and the normal recovery rate of brain neuronal metabolic function by brain SPECT. The treatment group was higher than the control group (P< 0.01). Acupuncture can promote the compensatory effect of brain function.
