Abstract: Objective: To detect the content of monoamine neurotransmitters in hippocampus, cortex, basal nucleus and brainstem of cerebral palsy rats, observe the effect of acupuncture on it, and explore the mechanism of acupuncture in the treatment of cerebral palsy rats. Methods: The model of cerebral palsy was prepared by the method of ischemia and hypoxia, the brain was decapitated after acupuncture treatment, the required brain areas were separated, and the content of monoamine neurotransmitters was detected by spectrophotometer.
