Abstract: Objective To investigate the immune index of tumor patients after CIK cell biotherapy. Methods Flow cytometry was used to detect the absolute value of peripheral blood lymphocytes in 28 cancer patients before and after treatment with CIK cells. Results Compared with the normal control group, the absolute values of T cells, Th cells, Ts cells and NK cells in peripheral blood of tumor patients were decreased (P<0.05), and the absolute values of B cells were not significantly different (P>0.05). After CIK cell biotherapy, the absolute values of T cells, Tb cells and Ts cells in peripheral blood of tumor patients increased (P>0.05), the absolute values of NK cells increased (P<0.51) or did not change significantly (P>0.05), and the absolute values of B cells changed significantly (P>0.05). Conclusion The cellular immune function of tumor patients is generally low, and C1K cell biotherapy can improve the cellular immune function of the body. Monitoring the immune function of patients by flow cytometry is of great value for evaluating the curative effect and judging the prognosis.
