Abstract: Objective: To explore a good method to promote the brain function compensation of children with cerebral palsy. Methods: 100 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into treatment group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The treatment group was treated with scalp acupuncture (exercise area, foot movement area, balance area), body acupuncture (acupoint take arm, wind pool, ring jump, Yanglingquan, etc.) and nerve growth factor injection at Zusanli acupoint, combined with rehabilitation training; the control group was treated with rehabilitation training alone. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed, and the recovery of lesions was observed by CT and SPECT examination. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 84.0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (52.0%). After treatment, the developmental quotient (DQ) in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: Acupuncture combined with nerve growth factor injection can promote the compensatory effect of brain function.
