Abstract: Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of CD3AK cells prepared from umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells, and to explore the immune indicators of the short-term efficacy of tumor biotherapy and the nursing standards in clinical application. Methods Cord blood mononuclear cells were isolated, and CD3AK cells were induced by IL-2 + CD3Ab. The natural killer (NK) activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) in tumor patients was measured before and after treatment with CD3AK cells. Results After a course of infusion of CD3AK cells in tumor patients, the NK killing activity of PBMC increased from 63% to 81%, with an average increase of 28%. The febrile reaction was less than 3%, mostly below 38 ℃, and subsided spontaneously without treatment. Conclusion (1)CD3AK cell infusion can significantly improve the NK activity of PBMC in tumor patients;(2)CD3AK cell infusion is safe and effective, with no obvious side effects;(3) NK activity measurement of PBMC in tumor patients is expected to become a parameter of the short-term efficacy of tumor biotherapy.
