Abstract: in order to investigate the CEA recombinant gene vaccinia virus (CEA-rV) of experimental animals CEA positive tumor prevention and treatment, and the safety of clinical application. 1 Prevention group: The experimental mice were divided into 4 groups, and were first subcutaneously inoculated with vaccinia virus (wild type W-VV in groups 1 and 2; 3,4 groups of recombinant CEA-rV)10 μl 2.2 × 107pfu(plaque forming unit) 3 times, and 7 d later were subcutaneously injected with homologous mouse liver cancer cells (1,3 Hepa-CEA-;2,4 groups of Hepa-CEA )2.6 × 105. 2 treatment group: the same 4 groups, first subcutaneous injection of liver cancer cells (1,. 3 sets of Hepa-CEA-,2,4
