Abstract: Nerve growth factor (NGF) is one of the most important biological molecules that affect the survival and development of the nervous system, and its research and application is a hot topic in the biological world. In collaboration with Henan Cancer Research Institute, we developed our own NGF to treat 34 patients with cerebrovascular disease and paralytic mydriasis, and received ideal clinical results. It provides a new method for the treatment of nervous system and ophthalmic diseases.
