Study on the intellectual promoting effect of Anji Fu

Abstract: The mouse platform method was used to observe the effects of Anji Fu 1 (MW less than 10000) and Anji Fu 2 (Mw-1 ~ 30000) on the promotion of intelligence in mice. The experimental results showed that Anji Fu 1 (0.01, 0.1mg · kg-1,im,qd× 7d) could enhance the learning and memory ability of normal mice, and could improve the memory acquisition, consolidation and reproduction obstacles caused by scopolamine, sodium nitrite and ethanol, respectively. However, the same dose of Anji Fu 2 did not have a significant effect on mice.
