Abstract: Take 12 cases of gestational age of 16~26 weeks of stillbirth cerebral cortex, by mechanical separation method made of cell suspension, two acetic acid fluorescein uptake test and trypan blue exclusion test to detect cell activity. The results showed that at 1 hour in vitro, the cell activity of the fetal brain cortex was 48.38 in the fetal age of 16-20 weeks, 38.71 in the 21-24 weeks, and 29.92 in the 25-26 weeks. With the extension of in vitro time, the cell activity decreased gradually, and it was more obvious when the storage temperature was 37 ℃. The author suggests that when transplanting fetal cerebral cortical tissue and cells, the gestational age of the donor should be 16-20 weeks, the time from the donor to the transplantation should be controlled within 2 hours, the earlier the better, and the preservation temperature of the fetal brain should be 4 ℃.
