Abstract: This paper reports the pharmacodynamic study of Hepatic cell stimulutor factor (HCSF). The results showed that HCSF had the ability to ① increase blood hemoglobin content (P<0.001) and promote the rate of oxygen consumption at rest and stress (P<0.005);② increase fasting blood glucose content (P<0.001);③ decrease creatine kinase activity at rest (P<0.001) and increase this enzyme activity at emergency (P<0.05);④ increase citrate dehydrogenase activity (P<0.025);⑤ Improve the anti-fatigue effect, etc. At the same time, it is safe to use intramuscular injection of HCSF, and the best time is 24-48 hours after injection.
