Abstract: This paper reports the clinical observation of the treatment of 52 cases of craniocerebral injury with nerve growth factor (NGF) prepared by the brain of the fetus with water sac induced labor: 91%. The effective rate was 100%, and the curative effect was obvious in light and medium-sized patients, the effective rate was 100%. Among them, dizziness and headache, language disorders, mental disorders, incontinence, limb dysfunction have obvious curative effect. And the effect is better for children and those with short course of disease. It is believed that the mechanism of treatment may be related to the prevention of neuronal necrosis and the promotion of neuronal and fiber proliferation. The results show that NGF is effective in the treatment of traumatic brain injury and its sequelae, and can be widely used in cranial trauma and its sequelae.
