Abstract: This paper reports 55 cases of ovarian benign, malignant tumor, non ovarian malignant tumor and normal women's serum cancer antigen (CA125) and carcinoembryonic antigen (CEA): CA125<65U/ml,CEA<20ng/ml is normal. 14 cases of normal women CA125and CEA values were normal. CA in 20 cases of ovarian malignant tumors125The positive rate was 60%(12/20), and the positive rate of CEA was 25%(5/20); CA in 5 cases of non-ovarian malignant tumors125The positive rate was 20%(1/5), and the positive rate of CEA was 80%(4/5). CA in 16 cases of benign ovarian tumors125The positive rate was 6%(1/16), and the positive rate of CEA was 19%(3/16). The results show that CA125The positive rate is high in ovarian malignancies (X2= 5.01 P<0.05); the positive rate of CEA in non-ovarian malignancies was high (X2= 5.25 P<0.05); There was no difference between the two in benign ovarian tumors (X2=1.14 P>0.250)。
