Abstract:Objective To study the anti-tumor effect of CIK cells prepared from umbilical cord blood mononuclear cells, and to explore the immune indicators of the short-term efficacy of tumor biotherapy and the nursing norms in clinical application. Methods Cord blood mononuclear cells were isolated, and CIK cells were induced by cytokines such as IL-2,CD3Ab and IFN-γ. The NK killing activity of peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) was measured before and after treatment with CIK cells. Intravenous drip in the process of close observation of patients with body temperature and pulse and other reactions. Results After a course of infusion of CIK cells in tumor patients, the NK killing activity of PBMC increased from 62% to 83%, with an average increase of 29%. The fever reaction was less than 3%, mostly below 38 ℃, and it was cleared without treatment. Conclusion (1)CIK cells infusion can significantly improve the NK activity of PBMC in cancer patients. (2) The clinical application of CiK cell infusion is safe and effective, with no obvious side effects. (3) Determination of NK activity of PBMC in tumor patients is expected to be a short-term therapeutic parameter for tumor biotherapy.
