Abstract: Objective Nerve growth factor (NGF) injection is a natural product extracted directly from human placenta. This paper mainly analyzes the nagogue effect of NGF injection. Methods The mouse jumping platform method was used to test the memory ability of normal mice and mice with memory impairment caused by different reasons. Results NGF injection can enhance the learning and memory ability of normal mice, and can improve the memory acquisition, consolidation and reproduction obstacles caused by scopolamine, sodium nitrite and ethanol respectively. Conclusion NGF injection has obvious nagogue-promoting effect on normal and memory-impaired pathological model mice, and may become a new type of nagogue drug for clinical use.
