Abstract: Objective: To explore the compensatory effect of acupuncture on brain function in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy. Methods: 100 cases of children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases). and control group (50 cases). The observation group was treated with scalp acupuncture (exercise area, foot movement area, balance area), body acupuncture (point arm (?), Fengchi, ring jump, Yanglingquan, etc.) and nerve growth factor Zusanli acupoint injection, with rehabilitation training. The control group only with rehabilitation training. Rehabilitation training: mainly with physical therapy (physitherapy PT), occupational therapy (Ocupunctional therapy OT), speech therapy (speachtherapy ST). The method chosen is the Bobath method, which suppresses the abnormal posture, abnormal posture reflex and abnormal movement pattern of children with cerebral palsy. To promote the manipulation of children with cerebral palsy to promote the neck upright, sitting upright, standing upright and static balance and dynamic balance. The German Vojta method was used to move the body reflexively to promote normal motor development. Induction training was conducted with reflex turning and reflex abdominal climbing. According to the condition of the child, the rehabilitation therapist carries out one-on-one rehabilitation training, training 1-2 hours a day, 90 days for a course of treatment. Rehabilitation training for children with mild cerebral palsy was 1~2 courses, and rehabilitation training for children with severe cerebral palsy was 3~4 courses.
