Abstract: Objective: To establish a method for the detection of bacterial endotoxin in the supernatant of cyto-kine induced killer cells (CIK cells). Methods: The interference test was carried out with reference to the bacterial endotoxin test method of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Appendix XIE, Part II, 2005 Edition). Results: With the sensitivity of 0.25EU.m L-1 limulus reagent, at the same time the sample was diluted 40 times, the bacterial endotoxin test, can eliminate the interference effect. Conclusion: Bacterial endotoxin test can be used for the detection of bacterial endotoxin in CIK cell supernatant and the quality control of CIK cell preparation.
