Effect of fetal hepatocyte suspension infusion on macrophage phagocytosis in patients with malignant tumor

Abstract: The changes of macrophage phagocytosis were reported in 45 patients with malignant tumor treated with regular chemotherapy combined with fetal hepatocyte infusion (FLT) and 60 patients with malignant tumor treated with regular chemotherapy alone. The results show that FLT can protect and improve the phagocytic function of macrophages in patients with malignant tumor, and avoid the decrease of immune function caused by chemotherapy drugs. FLT is an effective adjuvant therapy in malignant tumor chemotherapy, and has certain clinical application value.
