Abstract:
human fetal liver cell suspension infusion (FLCI) began in 1958, Uphoff first confirmed that FLCI can make radiation induced bone marrow regeneration disorder of allogeneic mice hematopoietic complete reconstruction without graft versus host disease (GVHD). In 1961, Scott and others first reported the success of FLCI in the treatment of aplastic anemia, which greatly promoted the clinical application research and basic research of FLCI. In the past 30 years, it has been reported at home and abroad.
