Abstract:Objective: To explore the application value of neurodevelopmental therapy and acupuncture in the rehabilitation of cerebral palsy and the changes of brain imaging and the compensation of brain function in children with cerebral palsy. Methods: We used Bobath neurodevelopmental therapy and Fadu Xingshen acupuncture to treat 50 children with cerebral palsy and a randomized controlled study. 100 children with cerebral palsy aged from 2 to 7 years old were randomly divided into an acupuncture group (50 cases) and a control group (50 cases), with 50 cases in the acupuncture group, 32 males and 18 females. The control group had 40 males and 10 females. Bobath neurodevelopmental therapy for suppression of abnormal postures, abnormal postural reflexes, abnormal motor patterns in children with cerebral palsy using inhibitory manipulations.
